Performers tend to be resilient individuals, who are confident and committed to their craft, yet after training they find themselves having to take up work that doesn’t value their talent or qualifications. We passionately believe every child should have access to quality education, regardless of their abilities, or their parents’ income. We also believe we can play a part in modernising children’s education, by showing just how effective the creative arts can be in improving a child’s learning experience. We want to see DramEd teaching core subjects creatively in schools and nurseries all over the world and we want DramEd to provide fruitful careers to performing educators everywhere.

We have a lot of respect for Performers and those who teach and put a lot of love into the DramEd model to demonstrate that. Which is why we offer some of the highest rates of pay to Performing Educators, we don’t believe Teacher-Artists should be paid less than £25 per hour, and many of our jobs pay more. This is also why our Licensees get to keep 100{0f82e77af051f06aae25accf269680fbb5d08df520540872c838f2114b445639} of their Profits…we don’t touch a penny of it!
